Crayon Art

We did some crayon art the other day.  We melted some old, broken crayons and poured the melted wax onto scratch paper.  It was nice.  We were recycling and at the same time, doing art.  Ethan loved it, which isn’t surprising because he loves anything art-related and messy.  He enjoyed mixing colors and seeing them melt and form new colors.  Nikki enjoyed pouring the wax (carefully!) onto the paper and making different designs.  It was a fun activity for both of them and I was glad that they enjoyed it. 😀
